SIRENA: Version of BMA's Students

The song we used in our music video entitled Sirena was composed and produced by Gloc 9. It is all about the life of a gay who experienced discrimination in life but despite of all the trials he face, he continue to live his life and became successful at the end.

My role in our music video is an older sister of Mario (the Gay). I am one of his siblings who can't accept him because of his gender. Aside from being one of the characters, I am also the videographer in our team at the same I also shared some ideas for us to come up with that concept.

The media message of our video is about the awareness on the existing of LGBT community in our society. It is also about determination, acceptance and also being family oriented. The purpose of our message, first is for the LGBT community, we want them to be accepted in the eye of many people. We want to promote equality and to stop discrimination. We want also to inspire our audience to be more determined in life and remind every Filipino about our culture as family oriented people.
